01 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bip177 ("bip177", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bip177 website, mobile platform, games, sportsbook, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing bip177 or creating a registered account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

bip177 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Any changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the bip177 platform. Continued use of the Services following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of the current version.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English-language version and any translated summary or communication, the English version shall govern. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the bip177 Services and close your account.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the bip177 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Services:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. bip177 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register an account, access the platform, place wagers, or participate in any promotional activity. This is an absolute, non-negotiable requirement.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence. Persons under legal guardianship or those who have been declared legally incapacitated are not permitted to use the Services.
• Residency and jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of bip177 complies with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside. bip177 makes no representation that access to the Services is legal in every jurisdiction. If your local laws prohibit online gambling, you must not access the platform.
• Self-exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntarily requested through bip177 or imposed by any third-party responsible gambling organisation. If you are currently self-excluded, you must not attempt to register a new account or circumvent any exclusion measure.
• Single account: Each individual may hold only one registered bip177 account. Operating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of bip177 Services, including placing wagers, making deposits, and participating in promotions, you must complete the bip177 registration process and create a verified player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

3.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any account balance.

3.2 Account Security

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bip177 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme consistent with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. Players may be required to submit documentation to verify their identity, address, and payment method at any point during their use of the Services. Accepted documents typically include a national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, and a recent utility bill or bank statement. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification. Players who fail to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may have their account restricted.

• One account per person: Each individual may register only one account on bip177. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and associated balances forfeited.
• One account per household: bip177 reserves the right to restrict multiple accounts originating from the same IP address or device where it determines that a household or shared connection is being used to circumvent the single-account rule.
• Account transfer: bip177 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to any third party.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

bip177 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically selected for the convenience of Bangladeshi players. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the conditions set out in this section.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

bip177 currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT (TRC-20). The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time, and bip177 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment options without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit on bip177 is ৳200 for local mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Minimum deposit thresholds for card and crypto methods are published on the cashier page.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. bip177 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed, and the player account may be suspended pending investigation.
• bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited to your bip177 wallet within 30 seconds of payment confirmation. USDT deposits are credited following two blockchain confirmations, typically within five minutes.
• bip177 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which bip177 accepts no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawal requests are processed by the bip177 finance team within the committed timeframes published on the cashier page at the time of your request.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to an account registered in your own name and using the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement.
• bip177 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of verification.
• If a bonus or promotional credit has been applied to your account, you must meet the stated wagering requirements before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed.
• Withdrawals of funds deposited but not yet wagered may be subject to an administrative processing fee as detailed on the cashier page.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

bip177 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of the promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Players must satisfy any stated eligibility criteria — including minimum deposit amounts, game restrictions, and geographic restrictions — before a bonus is credited to their account.
• Wagering requirements: All bip177 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. • Abuse and fraud: bip177 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it determines, in its sole reasonable discretion, that a player has abused the bonus system, engaged in bonus hunting, colluded with other players, exploited technical errors, or otherwise violated the spirit of a promotion.
• Modification and cancellation: bip177 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already opted into the promotion and commenced wagering will be permitted to complete the applicable wagering requirement under the original terms.

06 User Obligations

By using the bip177 platform, you undertake to comply with the following obligations at all times. Failure to comply with these obligations may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• You will provide truthful, accurate, and complete information to bip177 at all times, including during registration, KYC verification, and any support interaction.
• You will use the bip177 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. Using bip177 for commercial purposes, or on behalf of any third party, is strictly prohibited.
• You will not use the bip177 platform in any manner that violates applicable law, including but not limited to laws relating to online gambling, anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism financing, data protection, and intellectual property.

• You will immediately notify bip177 of any error in the crediting of funds, any technical malfunction affecting game outcomes, or any suspected security breach relating to your account.
• You acknowledge that gambling carries a risk of financial loss and that bip177 does not guarantee any return on wagers placed. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the bip177 platform. bip177 reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal referral — against any player found to have engaged in any prohibited activity:

• Money laundering: Using the bip177 platform to deposit, transfer, conceal, or convert funds derived from criminal activity. bip177 actively monitors transactions for suspicious patterns and will report any suspected money laundering activity to relevant authorities.
• Fraud: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments to make deposits. Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been wagered. Providing false KYC documentation.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one bip177 account for any purpose, including circumventing self-exclusion, claiming multiple welcome bonuses, or evading account restrictions.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotions through techniques including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage betting, or coordinated bonus farming across multiple accounts.

• Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the bip177 platform by any person under the age of 18, including sharing account credentials with minors.

08 Responsible Gaming

bip177 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all registered players. We provide a comprehensive suite of player-protection tools that are available free of charge to every bip177 account holder. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bip177 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any bip177 content without express prior written consent from bip177.

Game content displayed on the bip177 platform — including titles developed by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other providers — remains the intellectual property of the respective game studio. bip177 licenses this content under agreements with each provider. Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution of game content is a violation of both these Terms and the intellectual property rights of the relevant provider.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bip177 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the bip177 Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from betting outcomes, game results, or sportsbook events;
• Loss of data, loss of access, or service interruptions resulting from technical failures, maintenance periods, or cyber incidents beyond bip177's reasonable control;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, blockchain networks);
• Actions taken by bip177 in good faith pursuant to these Terms, including account suspension, bonus forfeiture, or KYC holds;
• Any claim arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms or with applicable law in their jurisdiction.

bip177 provides the Services on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be free from errors, uninterrupted, or fully secure at all times. bip177 targets a platform uptime of 99.9% but does not guarantee this figure as an absolute commitment.

Nothing in these Terms limits bip177's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your bip177 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, bip177 will process any outstanding withdrawal of your available account balance to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification requirements. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by bip177

bip177 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age;
• Discovery that the account holder is subject to a self-exclusion order;
• Operation of multiple accounts in violation of the single-account rule;
• Any activity that bip177 reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players.

Where an account is suspended or closed by bip177 due to confirmed Terms violations, bip177 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance without compensation. Where suspension is precautionary (pending investigation), bip177 will communicate the outcome of its investigation and return any legitimately held funds if the investigation concludes in the player's favour.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of fair dealing and the internal policies of bip177. bip177 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction, and players access the platform at their own legal risk.

12.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or concern relating to your bip177 account, game outcomes, financial transactions, or the application of these Terms, you should follow the steps below in order:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your dispute in writing to [email protected], providing your registered username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. Our support team will acknowledge your submission within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve the matter within 5 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the initial support response, you may request escalation to the bip177 management team by replying to your support thread and clearly stating that you wish to escalate. Escalated disputes are reviewed within 10 business days.
• Step 3 — Final Decision: bip177's management-level decision on any escalated dispute is final and binding. bip177 will communicate the final decision in writing via the registered email address associated with your account.

12.2 Game Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure that affects a game round or sports betting market on the bip177 platform, bip177 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Game malfunctions void all related pays and plays. bip177 shall not be liable for any claimed winnings arising from a demonstrable technical error, whether discovered immediately or after the fact.
